Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter includes a 14-day free trial with a card on file. Pro, Business, and AI Receptionist bundles are charged today — cancel anytime. The trial is a first-time offer, so a company that has already used one does not get a second, whichever plan it picks. It covers only the modules bundled with Starter, and premium features stay locked until you upgrade.
What happens when the Starter trial ends?
Billing continues monthly for the plan and any add-ons you keep. Change plan, add capacity, or cancel from Billing settings before or after the end date, so nothing renews on a mix you did not choose.
Can I upgrade from the trial before it ends?
Yes. Upgrading from the Starter trial to Pro, Business, or a receptionist plan ends the trial immediately and charges today, and the premium features unlock once the payment is confirmed. Paid add-ons cannot be added inside the trial checkout, so subscribe to them separately after upgrading.
Where do I change my plan, payment method, or invoices?
In the dashboard, open Settings and then Billing. That page shows the plan you are on, the add-ons attached to it, your payment method, and your invoice history. Plans are monthly, so you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there at any time.
Does the AI Receptionist add-on replace my operations plan?
No. Call answering is billed on its own tier, while the CRM, calendar, and invoicing come from your operations plan, unless you choose a receptionist bundle that packages both. You can also drop just the add-on and keep the operations plan.
Do the AI Receptionist tiers include call minutes?
Each tier includes a monthly allowance of AI call minutes, and heavy inbound volume usually means moving up a tier. Check the usage shown with your invoice before you change tiers.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your company data stays available according to your account status after a downgrade or cancellation. Changing a plan is not a data wipe. After canceling voice, update call forwarding so callers reach your team on the line you intend.
What's the difference between a Receptionist bundle and Starter?
Starter ($49/mo) is ops only: CRM, calendar, email, and AI Copilot. A Receptionist bundle includes that same Starter ops stack plus 24/7 inbound call answering in one plan. You can also add call answering à-la-carte later. AI Receptionist costs $149/mo for 100 call minutes and $499/mo for 600, or $198/mo and $348/mo bundled with Starter ops.
Why is à-la-carte AI Receptionist priced separately?
Ops plans cover your operations bundle. Live voice minutes are billed on their own tier when you add call answering to an existing plan. Receptionist bundles package ops and call answering together so you skip a separate add-on checkout.
What's included in the AI Receptionist price?
Inbound call answering, lead and booking capture, call transcripts and summaries, and a monthly allowance of AI call usage. Higher call volume may need a larger tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
