We will not invent Maidily's features. Six purchase criteria, with every MaidPilot claim linked to a published page.
If a comparison table with an unsourced competitor column is what you came for, we would rather lose the click than invent it.
Here is the plain position. We publish comparisons against competitors whose public pricing and feature pages we have actually read on a dated pass — ZenMaid, Housecall Pro, BookingKoala, Jobber, MaidCentral, Swept, Launch27, and Connecteam all have pages in that set. Maidily is not in it. We have not read a dated source for Maidily in this editorial cycle, so any row we put in a table would be a guess with a logo attached.
What we can do is give you the criteria. If you score both products on the same six questions and write the answers down, you will make a better decision than either vendor's comparison page would produce.
Score each question from 0 to 2 for both products. Anything scored 0 is a gap you will pay for later, in time or in a second subscription.
| Question | What a good answer looks like | MaidPilot | Other product |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Does it hold property records? | Access notes, pets, product preferences, and job history attached to the address — not just to the customer. | Yes — properties, tags, timeline | |
| 2. Does recurring scheduling generate visits? | Cadence creates the next job, conflicts are visible, and crew assignment survives the repeat. | Yes — recurring jobs with conflict handling | |
| 3. Is invoicing attached to the visit? | The invoice knows the service date and the customer's bill-to details, and payment status updates itself. | Yes — invoices and payment links | |
| 4. Are review requests automatic? | A request after job completion, once per job, pointing at your own Google review link. | Yes — review-request add-on | |
| 5. Do message channels respect consent? | Email, SMS, and WhatsApp with separate consent records, STOP handling, and no silent channel switching. | Yes — per-channel consent and opt-out | |
| 6. Is the price published? | Plans, limits, and trial terms on a public page you can read before creating an account. | Yes — published plans and trial terms |
The MaidPilot column restates what is already published on our own pages — cleaning business software, review requests, and pricing. The other column is yours to fill after you read the vendor's own documentation.
Six asks. Write the answers down — then score both products on the same table.
Not the demo. Entry tier, what it excludes, and what an extra seat costs.
Published numbersNot a screenshot. Change a cadence and watch what happens to the next job.
Cadence → visitIf the answer is "customer notes", ask what happens when that customer has two properties.
Property recordService date, bill-to, and payment status — the three fields that decide re-keying.
Visit-linked billAsk about review requests and message consent separately. They are two automations; one is often missing.
Two checksWhich plan, how many days, is a card required, and what is charged on the first bill.
Terms in writingOnly things that are already published elsewhere on this site: the plans and their limits are on the pricing page, the trial terms and company details are on the trust page, and the legal position is in our terms and privacy policy. If a claim on this page ever disagrees with one of those, those pages win.
When we can read Maidily's own public pages on a dated pass and record what we saw, the way we did for the competitors already on the comparison hub. Until then, this page stays a criteria guide — because a fiction in a comparison table is discovered by a customer in week one, and they are right to be angry about it.
