Every integration, and what it does for a cleaning company
Square
Connect your own Square account and send invoices with a Square payment link. Funds settle to you, not to MaidPilot.
Mercado Pago
For Brazilian companies: connect your own Mercado Pago account and collect Pix or card on customer invoices, in BRL.
Twilio
Sends and receives customer text messages: confirmations, reminders, review requests, and replies that land in the inbox. Available from Pro in the US and Profissional in Brazil.
Resend
Delivers quotes, invoices, reminders, and review requests by email, and receives customer replies into the same inbox thread.
Z-API
Connects WhatsApp so customer conversations, confirmations, and reminders sit in one inbox with the record they belong to. Requires customer opt-in.
Vapi
Powers the optional AI Receptionist: it answers inbound calls, captures the lead and the booking request, and hands the summary to your dashboard. Add-on, not part of a base plan.

Connect Stripe, Square, or Mercado Pago from payment settings and finish the provider's onboarding. Invoices then carry a pay link.

Base channel on every plan. Quotes, invoices, reminders, and review requests go out; replies come back into the same thread.

Turn on the channel, then choose which events send on it. Consent is per channel; events do not double-send.

Add the receptionist, choose greeting and rules. Inbound calls are answered, summarised, and logged against the caller.

What is not integrated — and who your data reaches
Not available
- Google Calendar sync. Jobs run on MaidPilot's calendar; we do not sync visits out.
- Accounting suites. No live ledger sync — export when your accountant needs a file.
Data handoff
- Each service gets what it needs to deliver one message: destination, content, delivery status.
- Consent is per channel. SMS yes does not mean WhatsApp yes.
- Delivery failures are logged — failed sends show as failed, not silent.
Which integrations cost extra
Channels are plan entitlements. In the US, Starter is email only; SMS plus WhatsApp come with Pro and Business. In Brazil, Essencial is email only; both come with Profissional and Empresa. The AI Receptionist and review-request automation are separate add-ons. Current amounts live on the pricing page.

Integrations: questions
Does MaidPilot integrate with Google Calendar?
No. Google Calendar sync is not in our integrations list, so we do not claim it. The calendar you run jobs from is MaidPilot's own.
Do I need my own Stripe or Square account?
For charging your own customers, yes — you connect your own payment account, and money settles to you. Your MaidPilot subscription is handled on our side.
Which integrations cost extra?
Channels are plan features, not standalone integrations: SMS needs Pro or higher in the US (Profissional in Brazil), WhatsApp needs the same tiers, and the AI Receptionist is a paid add-on. Exact prices are on the pricing page.
Will you add more integrations?
This page lists what exists today. We would rather ship nothing here than promise a sync that is not built — an integration page is a promise, and a signed-up customer discovers a lie in week one.
